KSA Country Sales Manager
We're looking to hire a Country Sales Manager to join our busy field sales team. This is an integral role and would only suit someone with proven experience in the industry. You will lead the entire sales team, developing and implementing effective sales strategies for the organization. You must have experience within KSA.
The Cobone Country Sales Manager will interact with multiple departments at Cobone and must be able to foster collaborative relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders. The Cobone Country Sales Manager will work closely with senior management, to build a high achieving revenue team of strong sales professionals.
Areas of Responsibility
- Day to day management of Cobone KSA sales teams across several cities, from a Riyadh office base
- Motivate and lead the team of sales account managers to meet and exceed revenue targets and active merchant goals
- Develop and build sales opportunities through the establishment of new key merchant partners and income streams
- Support the team in assisting to close agreements with VIP merchant partners
- Manage the team from internal CRM and produce management reports to review pipeline agreements and individual sales performance
- Daily interaction with Dubai-based Marketing, Production and Customer Service team managers
- Present to the Dubai-based leadership team monthly company performance review
- Work with Senior Management in production of annual sales forecasts and monthly targets
- Work with HR manager in hiring process to further develop the team
- Support Marketing management in identifying local opportunities to assist in building the brand in KSA
- Identify and implement merchant “value added” offerings which deepen the merchant relationship with Cobone; examples could include proactive ROI analysis, merchant training on new technical developments and strategies to improve deal performance
- Communicate the best approach to sales team on merchant business categories and sectors, including products and/or services, consumer demographics, points of competitive differentiation, merchant economic models, revenue and profit drivers
- Review and report on geographical coverage by sales category, by city and implement plans to effect improvement

- 8+ years of relevant experience in sales, account management, operations, general management, or similar roles
- 6+ years of sales management experience
- E-Commerce sales experience on a deals or a marketplace website or similar
- Excellent English and Arabic language skills- written & spoken
- Track record of strong performance, growing sales teams and increasing revenue and profitability
- A portfolio of strong decision-maker contacts with the businesses and brands
- Evidence of successfully leading others to meet and exceed measurable sales and revenue goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, business acumen and coaching abilities
- Ability to mentor, develop, and motivate sales personnel
- Self-motivation to plan and carry out job responsibilities thoroughly, efficiently and with minimal direction
- Results-driven with proven experience in achieving and exceeding set targets
- Demonstrated understanding of the pace, flexibility and attention-to-detail essential in an entrepreneurial sales and account management environment
- Demonstrated levels of agility, prioritization and ownership required to succeed at start-up speed
- Well organized; able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong negotiation and consultation skills
- Strategic thinker; able to bring order to chaotic environment
- Demonstrated ability to execute high-level initiatives
- Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate business value; ability to interface with senior executives
