Operations Engineer

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and execute maintenance works for the stations in coordination with the inspectors and according to the approved procedure.
• Assist the Operations Manager in managing the file of those involved in the facilities affiliated to the stations through, assuring and insisting that they abide to the company's policies and procedures, following up payments schedule with the Operations Manager, and constant communication with them in coordination with the Finance Department.
• Verify the effectiveness of the inspection process by following up on the tasks of the inspectors, studying the schedule of visits and proposing constructive modification.
• Assure that the service in the stations is going in the proper manner and reflects the required level and impression, impact: unplanned visits to stations, monitoring cameras and submitting reports to the operations manager.
• Coordinate between stations and Marketing Department for different marketing activities, customer satisfaction studies, and implement the stations' branding process implementation.
• Contribute to the procurement process by attracting offers, negotiation, receiving and approving the orders.
• Follow-up internal and external complaints of Operations Department.
• Create and follow up internal and external reports for the Operations Department and ensure implementation of corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance to the approved quality system and Health and occupational safety instructions and carry out the necessary documentation.
• Conduct studies and propose solutions to Operations Department issues.

Main Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field.
• Previous experience in projects management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communications skills at all levels with internal and external parties.
• Excellent Report Writing Skills.
• Very good English command (reading, Written & Speaking).
