Job Title: HR Operations Manager – with an excellent understanding of recruitment business and can manage the team

Industry Exp: Recruitment (Headhunting, Outsourcing / Contact Centre Customer Experience)

  • Assist the senior management in creating smart development modules as per departmental requirements.
  • Preparing, recording and monitoring the details of all employees for management purposes and payroll calculations.
  • Oversee and manage all recruiting within the business.
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with individuals or groups to decide the type of development sessions.
  • Assess revenue growth, client retention, and employee feedback to implement relevant HR initiatives.

  • Adept in time management, communication, and analytics to improve the efficiency of HR processes.
  • Ensuring sharing of information to outsiders in a concise and professional manner.
  • Exemplary command on interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate positively.
  • Experience in issues resolution and conflict management.
  • Ability to communicate freely with team members and understand concerns from a neutral outlook.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience
