Coordinate work inside the restaurant in the outdoor and indoor part of the restaurant on a daily basis.

Supervise the delivery of distinctive service and increase customer satisfaction

Deal accurately with customers' complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Regular review of production quality and improvement of sales volume.

Supervise staff appointments and schedule breaks and vacations.

Assess staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.

Follow-up on operational tools and products and periodically report requests.

Supervise the implementation of health and safety rules and preventive measures.

Improve clients' mental image and make suggestions to develop services and gain customer loyalty.

Managing operational budgets and identifying procedures that help reduce expenditures.

Establish periodically detailed reports on income and expenditure.

Supervise the promotion of the restaurant and prepare various events.

Provide suggestions for various marketing methods such as offers of discounts and advertisements on social media networks.

Train new and existing employees to improve customer service.

Implement plans and policies that maintain the restaurant's reputation and increase customer loyalty

Good knowledge of food and beverage services

Ability to display different dishes and explain ingredients to customers.

Excellent communication skills with team and customers.

Excellent financial management and operational budgeting capacity.

Skills management skills and staff motivation.

Ability to handle food management computer software (OpenTable and PeachWorks)

Serious handling of Microsoft Office software.

Good knowledge of negotiating skills and provide solutions to various problems.
