Our Company seeks dynamic and personable sales and customer service agents to manage client inquiries. A background in call center and customer service is a requirement.
Responsibilities:
A call center representative focuses on building relationships with our clients through both inbound calls, outbound calls and electronic communications.
Qualifications:
Strong command of the English language
Proficient in desktop application and internet
Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving, multitasking skills and organizational expertise mastering job description, on call scripting and industry product knowledge
Candidates with husband/family visa is preferable.
Students are also welcome.
Compensation: negotiable based on candidate experience and skills:
