We are looking for a pre-sales Systems Architect. In this customer-facing role you will be establishing relationships with both Business and Technical decision makers within the customer base aligning such Cisco's Exptreme HP Juniper etc product and Services portfolio to customer's needs and requirements.
You will lead mission and strategy, be familiar with lifecycle selling and customer's buying models, and will work across a wide variety of technologies You will be the technical leader for your account team. You will work across a vast portfolio of Products and Services including Applications Observability, Cloud and on primes solutions, Network Automation, Collaboration, Routing and Switching and IoT.
You will have a strong team-working demeanor, take ownership and accountability, and have strong consultative skills to understand customer's needs and position for the products and services portfolio. You will conduct technical presentations, showcase Enterprises solutions and services, set up demonstrations explaining features and benefits to your customers and design solutions BOQ. You will support customers and partners with Bill of Materials and RFP/RFI responses.
. Translate business requirements into solution design. Drive customer technology transitions, influencing solution architectures and services.
. Participate in services presales activities, statement of work prioritisation, review and creation, position value of Cisco as part of a comprehensive outcome-based solution.
. Conceptualize (Customer Requirements Document), plan (Implementation Strategy Plan), design (High-Level Design), and advise multi-functional teams across multiple verticals.
. Contribute successfully to the areas of Customer Solution design Innovation Engineering Engagement Intellectual Capital Talent Development.
. Actively mentor and develop other Consulting Engineers.
. Provides technical expertise and guidance to resolve sophisticated customer problems in support of partner concerns.
. Consults and works with customers and plan, design, install, configure, integrate and/or optimize suite of products, services to accelerate business outcomes.
. Identify up-sell opportunities and articulates the business outcome value of the combined Cisco services and technology solution proposal.
. Advice on renewals opportunities with regards to technology multi-domain aging opportunities and customer business
