Job Description

Qualifications:

Engineering Degree
With 10+ years overall experience and minimum 5 years of experience in Design and execution of Lump Sum Turn Key EPC projects in oil and gas facilities
Knowledge of international applicable codes and standards for Pressure Equipment (Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers), including the capability to perform their mechanical drawings (thickness, construction details)..
Good knowledge of Static Equipment (Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers)
Fluency in professional English

Task Description:

Technical responsibility of Static Equipment (Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers) requisitions (from technical specifications to on site delivery).
Directly supervises (operationally): Static Equipment engineers assigned to the project.
Key interactions (internally, externally): Clients (technical specialists, procurement team), Vendors, Procurement, Planning, others engineering disciplines.
Ensures timely and qualitative preparation of technical specifications and requisitionsof Static Equipment (Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers) in coordination with other disciplines.
Ensures contractual technical specifications are met by the suppliers.
Ensures proper communication with vendors and technical follow up of the orders.
Adheres to the committed man/hours and budget.
Ensures timely reporting on engineering / requisitioning activities to the Engineering Manager.
Meets quality and HSE objectives of the project.
Interfaces with other discipline specialist engineers and possibly project support functions such as procurement and planning.
Provides guidance and mentoring to more junior engineering employees.
