A leading semi-government entity seeks to hire a Business Analyst for Ajman location. Successful incumbents must fulfil the below key results area to be eligible for the role. Potential candidates must possess excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Responsibilities:
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions gathering information evaluating output requirements and formats.
Expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Finance & operations would be desirable.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. writing specifications
Reviewing the documents: FRD, FDD, “ User manuals and Issue logs etc.,
Improve systems by studying current practices, designing modifications
Recommend controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures
Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements forming project team establishing project budget
Monitor project progress by tracking activity resolving problems publishing progress reports recommending actions
Validate resource requirements and develop cost estimate models
Fit-Gap analysis and getting signoff from the client
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments.
Conduct Functional testing and prepare the test reports
Conduct product training and education for end user.
Designing and supporting user security roles.
Competencies:
A bachelors degree in business or related field or an MBA.
Minimum 6 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Advanced technical skills.
Excellent documentation skills.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
