Job Description
You'll be a great fit if you can:
Demonstrate good understanding of customer requirements and potential business opportunities based on regular account check in meetings
Acts as additional contact for client and contractors to address any issues arising with the account and ensuring consistent delivery of a first-class service
Develop fundamental sector, client, and project specific knowledge through gaining and sharing of information with internal/external customers, contractors/candidates and clients.
Build credible relationships with candidates and clients, demonstrating knowledge of the sector and the market conditions that affect and influence roles and rates
Successfully co-ordination of mobilization of individuals with smooth issuing of visa and logistic plans as appropriate

To be considered you need:
Experience in Oil & Gas contracts recruitment is a must
Understanding customer needs and priorities to provide quality services
