About the program:
GROW is a Graduate Development Program designed to contribute to the career development of Saudi nationals in the community where we operate. We aim to provide young talents with training and practical developmental job experience through programs that will accelerate your career progression. These programs are designed based on our business needs and priorities by allocating your talents in specific fields and departments that will fulfill firstly, your career aspirations and secondly, our short-term and long-term future business strategy.
During the program, you will be provided with a learning journey that is tailor-made to your specific field/role. This will provide you the necessary theory, practical experience and knowledge that will set your career in the right direction. You will work with seasoned professionals, who will mentor you to guide and support your personal and professional development.

Job Requirements:
- Educational requirement: bachelor’s degree in Supply chain or related Field
- Only for Saudis fresh graduates with a Maximum of 1 year of experience
- Good English language written and spoken.
- Good communication and Interpersonal skills
- Leadership capabilities
