Job Description

Description:
Responsible to ensure procurement of the right quantity of right items, of the right quality, and at the right price.
Identify vendors, including verifying credibility, and build relationships with them for the company.
Ensure that procurement is done based on forecast consumption and inventory levels.
To coordinate between operational departments for compiling of procurement requirements for materials/services and obtain prices from the market.
Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all document
Receives, stores, tags, prepares and updates the stock list regularly
Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders
Arrange for the material to be unloaded in a proper and correct manner
To check and identify the stacking position of the material
Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders
Ensure accuracy of the facility's inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels
Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and withdrawals from the stockroom
Responsible for packing, pricing, labeling, and returning supplies
Responsible for stock rotation and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
Manage supplier relations and database as well as maintain high ethical relationships both internally and externally
Keep monitoring the orders from the shops and deliver the goods as per the schedules
Month end inventories practice should be implemented.
Manage the store & drivers
#Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
#Good understanding of Supply Chain/Purchasing processes
#Must be graduate
#Must have experience in handling purchase & stores
