Description:
We run a few virtual F&B concepts, from cloud kitchens, from 3 branches. The job includes the following responsibilities:
1. Kitchen staff management and training
2. Implementing processes in the kitchen, and monitoring the same
(Processes for batch/central cooking, recipe documentation, quality control, spot checks and cost control)
3. Menu audit based on operational efficiencies
4. Streamlining the kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times
5. Setting regular cleaning standards for the kitchen and verifying that staff is maintaining sanitation levels as per Dubai authorities
6. Tracking wastage
7. Quality control – Taste maintenance, is the food travelling well etc
8. Facilitating, managing and controlling procurement
11. Managing inventory so that all necessary ingredients are stocked for service
12. Work with management to create/implement new menus/brands based on current ingredients and cooking skills
Ideal candidate:
Should have at least 3-5 years of experience managing F&B operations
Should be able to communicate efficiently in English
Should be able to work under pressure
Should be a good leader that works by setting an example
