Oliver Wyman is now looking to recruit a Global Mobility Coordinator to be based in our Riyadh office – please note that we can only accept applications from KSA nationals for this role
The Opportunity:
As Global Mobility Coordinator IMEA you will provide support to the Global Mobility Manager IMEA on a diverse range of activities including day-to-day immigration matters in Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
Your general activities include advising and assisting Oliver Wyman employees on visa and work permit processing in Saudi Arabia and Qatar, as well as assisting employees through the process of the in-country formalities (i.e.: medical, health insuranceetc.).
You will also closely cooperate with the HR team on managing the Saudi and Qatar Sponsor Management System of sponsored employees.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Immigration:

  • Supporting the employees through the process of Saudi Arabia and Qatar residence permits /busines/visit visa applications by providing information of the visa being applied for, process steps, documents required, visa fees and key information.
  • Setting expectations on expected processing times and clearly communicate / escalate delays as required
  • Monitoring systematic changes to Iqama/QID/visas processes and ensure that OW standard templates are updated to reflect any changes.
  • Keeping all internal stakeholders (business, HR, recruiting, etc) updated on process changes as they affect business timelines and policies.

IMEA database System:

  • Closely cooperating with our HR Operations team to ensure visa files are in good order and up to date.
  • Monitoring the expiry dates of visas, Iqamas and work permits and proactively contacting applicants to see whether a renewal may be required

What we would love to see from you

  • Previous Global Mobility and Immigration experience is required
  • Experience from working in another management consulting or professional/financial services environment is desired
  • You will have strong client service experience
  • Experience of working as part of an international team is preferred
  • You must be fluent in both Arabic and English
  • You MUST be a Saudi national to apply for this role
