الوصف الوظيفي
Requirements:
- Develops and oversees the implementation of the department’s policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of IT activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers
- Directs the implementation of IT frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, policies, processes, procedures, and quality frameworks across the various IT units.
- Follow-up and monitor within IT regulator Technology Policies, Processes and Procedures
- Implementation of and compliance with the cybersecurity/privacy/ Business Continuity requirements
- Oversee and supervise the management of suppliers and vendors and their adherence to contract terms and SLAs.
- Analyzing and selecting IT vendors & solutions
- ensuring good security processes and solutions are in place to mitigate or remediate identified risks sufficiently to meet business objectives and contractual and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the IT services catalogue, and risk register
