Responsibilities:

Executing the implementation of People & Culture strategies and initiatives that align with our business strategy
Develop, maintain and role model a culture that is open to change and innovation, and supports collaboration, respect and accountability
Assist the senior leadership team to build an empowering workplace through effective performance management and feedback, coaching, and support
Be an active participant in industry related conferences and educational opportunities and grow industry networks on a professional level
Collaborate with managers to develop their team members through career pathing
Implement a performance appraisal system that improves business performance
Create L&D policy, employee grievance policy, succession planning and performance management policies
Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees
Driving a culture of continuous professional development
Passion to continuously learn, grow, develop, and empower others
Keeping up-to-date with developments in training
Organize e-learning courses٫ workshops and other training
Additional projects and responsibilities may be designated by the HR Lead

Requirements:

Prior experience in a People & Culture role
A minimum of 6+ years of HR experience in the above areas
A degree or relevant qualification in HR
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with consistently shifting priorities
Preferably experienced working within a tech/tech-driven industry with a high preference for experience for fintech
Management consulting experience
Modern HR mindset, believing in transparency, accountability, and a culture of growth and empowerment
Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication
