As Manager Software Development , you will develop data-driven insights, solutions with advanced analytics to drive digital transformation. You will be accountable for supporting the transformation on Service Desk and Field Services within cross-functional projects using advanced data modelling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions to optimize automation process.
Reporting to the Senior Client Service Manager, you will be a part of the Service Operations team responsible for Service Design & Development within Global Operations, to ensure the alignment of supporting operations and customer services processes within the various SITA Solution Lines and Functions.

What You Will Do
- Contribute towards advancing the Data Science and Analytics discipline, including but not limited to driving data best practices, improving analytical processes, scaling knowledge and tools, and mentoring junior employees.
- Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions to optimize the automation process.
- Deep knowledge in machine learning algorithms such as random forests, clustering, logistic regression, forecasting, Deep Neural networks, etc.
- Advanced coding experience in at least two languages (Python, R, SQL) for performing complex data modeling and analysis
- Design and develop databases made to support various applications while ensuring quality performance, reliability, and security.
- Expert-level knowledge in Natural Language Processing and Speech Recognition algorithms.
- Demonstrable track record of strong business analytics solutions development
- Familiarity with one of the cloud-based solutions (Google, Azure, and AWS)
- Familiarity with building product API as per key expectations.
- Demonstrable experience of agile working.
- Excellent communication skills with a business mindset.
- Driving Innovation use your research skills to creatively solve the most impactful business problems with the appropriate tools and technology.
Who You Are
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional work experience with focus on AI and Advanced Analytics projects.
- Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent. Master Preferred.
- Experienced in digital transformation, and service design.
- Project management skills in the modern DevOps landscape
