الوصف الوظيفي
- Aligning current Human resource activities as per the organization's work ethics and requirements.
- Streamlining in-house budget, resource allocation, and expenditure to amplify the overall functionality.
- Utilizing offline and online techniques to segregate information of the workforce as per requirement.
- Conduct cost-effective hiring and sourcing drives to rope in suitable talent.
- Evaluate existing L&D sessions and implement modifications for improvement.
- Assess revenue growth, client retention, employee feedback to implement relevant HR initiatives.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and train new company employees.
- Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide employees with internal development opportunities.
- Administer payroll, including tracking employee changes to deduction for benefits, address, etc.
- Performance evaluation.
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Human Resource for developing & maintaining effective programs, policies, & procedures to help drive operational efficiency & compliance.

- Has superior managerial and leadership qualities.
- Well-versed in abiding by the organization's laws of safeguarding important employee data.
- Excellent ‘soft’ skills (people management and relationship building).
- Experience in issues resolution and conflict management.
- Enthusiastic, creative, and approachable, you will demonstrate strong HR skills .
