On behalf of the fastest-growing retail company across the Middle East, we are seeking a Marketing Manager for their Saudi operations.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for the whole scope of the marketing campaigns, executing them in order to achieve the desired goals.
The scope includes developing campaign themes, advertising strategy cross channels, briefing for creatives, a quality check of the content, campaign events, and activations, as well as the complete launch and report. You will guide the entire success of each project, owning from end to end.
- Typically, this role will work in close coordination with the content, creative, and production department.
- Create and run the entire scope of the seasonal Marketing campaigns from the development of the concept to complete execution across departments: Creative development, social, events, and digital marketing.
- Provide reporting and analysis of marketing data including campaign results online and in-store. Create and execute in-depth studies about our audience, identifying best practices, behavior shifts, needs, and trends.
- Monitor competition closely, to benchmark best practices and extract wise insights. Partner with Design Team and agency resources to develop bar-raising creatives and content.
- Manage A/B testing and measurement, optimizing for KPIs across various campaigns and reporting impact.
- Support the hiring of a high-performance marketing team.
المهارات
- Bachelor’s degree or higher: Marketing, Advertising, or Business.
- With 3 to 7 years of experience in a senior marketing role.
- Experience in executing effective multi-channel campaigns with a high level of comfort with the required tools and techniques.
- Proven experience in working with creative teams, developing artistic briefings, and ensuring high-quality visual delivery.
- Well-verseded with Marketing analytics and reporting including acquiring and organizing data.
- Budget, forecasting planning, and optimization experience.
- Proven experience in managing paid and organic marketing campaigns (e.g. email, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, search, web, and SEO).
- Ability to conceptualize and execute projects, with strong independence, a past proven impact, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
