الوصف الوظيفي
- Documents preparing (financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other).
- Managing & answering phones calls to taking messages or routing calls to the right person.
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
- Preparing meetings, data & documents for review and presentation by boards executives.
- Managing executive’s visitors & guests to meet with executives.
- Using various software & ERP system, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
- Reading and analyzing incoming memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
- Making general administrative support & travel arrangements for executives.
- Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database.
- Opening, sorting and distributing incoming emails and other correspondence.

- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Able to meet fast-paced deadlines in quickly changing environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Verbal and written communications skills in professional level (in both English & Arabic).
- More than 5 years’ experience as an executive assistant & administrative support.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
- In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
