Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Communicate and support the Projects Manager to ensure timely completion of projects by:
-Reviewing and assessing architectural inputs received for incoming projects and bids.
-Preparing assessment review of information received from clients/ projects, for further action or feedback and follow up.
-Preparing supporting documentation/ drawings required for proposals/bids.
-Coordinating with Production Manager for timeline and work flow of projects, and consequently,
-Reviewing and tracking production progress with production manager to ensure scope and quality control.
-Communicating timely updates to projects manager on each project's progress for internal review.
-Preparing the required progress documentation for client evaluation and feedback.
-Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate receipt of sub-contracted work.
– Efficiently managing with Projects and Production Manager for project approval, delivery logistics, as required.
– Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with consultants/ contractors/ clients.
– Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary work ethics.
– Ability to work in a logical, systematic manner.
– Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given.
Software Literacy:
Auto cad 2Dand 3D / Rhino / 3Dmax / Sketchup / Revit / workable knowledge of Adobe and Office suite application.
