الوصف الوظيفي
- Keep recruiting reports from pre-screening to onboarding stages ready for timely evaluation and analysis.
- Portray good command of concise planning to meet the company's recruitment demands.
- Establish a sound sourcing and recruitment plan to funnel high-skilled individuals for required vacancies.
- Discuss existing organizational requirements to conduct an efficient talent hiring process.
- Work with concerned managements to develop accurate job profile descriptions as per requirements.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board.

- Adept in portraying excellent soft skills during interviews and formal meetings.
- A keen eye on minute details with enthusiasm to provide efficient sourcing solutions.
- Ability to conduct a swift interview and selection process to hire suitable candidates within the prescribed time limit.
- Experienced end-to-end recruiter with sound command over conventional and digital hiring techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of telephonic, lunch, puzzle, video, and group interviews.
- Professional education in Human Resource Management or subsequent domain. (Minimum Bachelor's degree preferred)
