- Answering calls and Emails
- Sending template emails for the undelivered emails
- Dispatching orders to the courier
- Monitoring the flow of the orders
- Inbound and outbound calls
What you'll need to succeed
- Fluent Arabic and English
- Great Communication skills
- flexible to work evening shifts
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to demonstrate a high level of technical ability and must show an affinity with the luxury consumer
- Commercial, sales driven approach is essential
- Ability to achieve results through influence and problem solving
- Flexible attitude and positive approach
- Self-motivated, proactive and energetic
