JOB DESCRIPTION
Roles and Responsibilites
. Understands a brand ethos and executes shoots accordingly
. Well versed with varied lighting, background set ups and overall styling language for multiple brands
. Ensure that the imagery selected is in line with the guidelines
. Explain guidelines to hair and makeup artists
. Provide feedback to Junior stylists on functional aspects
. Undertakes special projects and ensure end to execution of the same
. Decisively troubleshoots styling challenges on-set using knowledge of visual brand
. Analyzes studio productivity and develops and implements process improvements
. Assists with creating training and SOP materials
