الوصف الوظيفي

  • Establish and implement the HR Plan and practices that effectively communicate and support the company’s vision and strategy.
  • Act as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of each division regarding key organizational and management issues.
  • Develop and maintain effective policies and procedures on a range of HR matters, including recruitment and selection, remuneration, health and well-being, working life balance.
  • Oversee payroll and rewards.
  • Develop the training and development program for the company.
  • Represent the company at formal forums and meetings promoting the positive image and enhanced reputation of the company both internally and externally
  • Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
  • Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state and federal regulations
  • Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
  • Maintain HR systems and processes
  • Conduct performance and salary reviews
  • Provide support and guidance to HR staff
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies
  • Job Office-based, Flexibility to travel required

المهارات

  • 10-15 years minimum experience
  • 5 years Minimum in an HR Managerial position
  • HRCI Certification or SHRM Certification
