We are looking for a field force manager who is highly motivated and results-driven to join our team. The responsibilities of the field force manager include hiring, training, and overseeing our beauty associates, supervising our beauty associates in stores, and directing operations in the field.

A successful field force manager is an independent thinker with excellent leadership, observational, and analytical skills.

Ultimately, a top-notch field force manager is goal-oriented and has a strong working knowledge of the fieldwork being performed.

Responsibility:

• Assigning territories and managing schedules of Beauty associates.

• Manage retail initiatives, activities, and representatives in the UAE mainly Abu Dhabi and Alain regions.

• Manage sellout and targets in OR and IR channels as per quarterly plans.

• Manage Beauty Associate’s and field force agencies throughout UAE.

• Responsible for retail stores plan executions in the UAE.

• Undertake market visits and check spots to identify gaps related to POSM, Branding, Knowledge, stocks in the

store, slow moving SKU’s, effective and ineffective offers, and promotions.

• Generating reports that highlight the strengths and weaknesses of each Beauty associate

• Providing training programs to Beauty associates to ensure they can perform their duties effectively.

• Maintaining all field rules and responsibilities

• Responding to all on-call tasks and supporting the Beauty associates under your supervision.

• Trade marketing executions including:

• Point of Sales Materials (POSM) management

• In-store excellence – merchandising, planogram, SKU mix by retailer/channel

• Retailer commercial management – Retail rentals, leaflets

• Field force management including:

• Daily Sales Reporting

• Promoter management- Lead a team of BAs to achieve the set targets.

• Hiring, training, and motivating Beauty Advisors (BA) and promoters.

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, administration, or a related field.

• Experience in the relevant industry.

• Excellent project management, organizational, time management, and leadership skills.

• Strong computer skills.

• Good communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and independent thinking.
