PLUMBER/PIPEFITTER – MARINE

Job Description

Knowledge of marine systems – fire, potable, black and grey water.
Installation and modification of pipe systems. (PVC, CPVC, steel, stainless steel and CuNi).
Valve inspection and overhaul (gate valve, ball valve, check valve and angle valve, etc.)
Mechanically fasten pipe flanges. Ability to initiate and complete assigned tasks with a high level of quality in a timely and efficient manner.
Keep a clean work surface.
Maintain the integrity of the interior and exterior surfaces of yachts.
Follows safety and security procedures; Reports potentially hazardous conditions; Uses equipment and materials correctly.
Ability to work independently at times and make sound decisions.
You may request overtime, night and weekend work as part of the job requirements.
