We are currently recruiting a Sales Manager(only Europeans) to join our company as we grow into the next phase of the business. This person must be experienced enough to deeply understand the client, the company, and our mission and then translate that into tangible sales results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for promoting our services and managing the day-to-day relationship with both new and existing clients.
  • Will also be responsible for actively contributing to driving the companies sales targets by contacting and converting leads, developing effective marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Proactively finding opportunities for business growth by securing the development of the existing portfolio, while simultaneously acquiring new accounts.
  • Takes a proactive approach to sales, anticipating potential opportunities and developing new opportunities.
  • Sets realistic, measurable sales standards, objectives and goals (for sales activities and revenues) to be achieved and communicates to leaders and employees.
  • Conducts appropriate number of proactive sales activities (incl. but not limited to telesales, appointments, site inspections, trade shows).
  • Conducts surveys of local/competitor market for designated market sectors making recommendations, ensuring we remain competitive.
  • Focuses on producing results in alignment with strategic goals of the Company.
  • Assists in planning and ensure delivery of sales plans for which you are responsible.
  • Ensures all customer/partner data is collated and summarized in usable format.
  • Maintains and grows positive customer and partner relationships

Salary can be discussed directly with a candidate during the interview process, therefore be prepared to discuss salary expectations.

المهارات

  • 2 years of previous experience in a sales role;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Leadership capabilities displaying integrity, respect, humility, empathy, creativity;
  • Be well spoken and an enthusiastic speaker;
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills;
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines;
  • Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations;
  • Driving License is mandatory.
