Participation in the start and at all stages of setting up the project.

Building business partnerships, establishing effective relationships with government, vendors, third parties, including interesting and profitable barter.

Establishing high quality customer service standards in leisure and diningg areas.

Planinig, organizing, directing, controling and evaluating daily operation.

Ensuring health and safety regulation are followed.

Developing, implementing and analyzing budgets.

Customers complaint management.

Recruitment and staff orientation.

المهارات

Experience

3 years or more in food service or amusement park, or restaurant manager at high traffic outlet. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a senior management role and be willing to build and launch new concept from scretch.

You lead by example and are accountable. You have high expectations and consistently raise the bar for yourself and your team. When confronted with a situation, you can assess and solve an issue effectively and with confidence.
