Nama Sun General Trading LLC is a trading company established in 2016. We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant who will guide the company's CEO with the day-to-day routine.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative, data entry, and verification skills
  • Arrange documents for courier pick-up and delivery
  • Maintain Sales and Purchased excel for regular reporting purposes. Maintain the Sales and Purchase invoices, status, and payment updates.
  • Acts as Sales Coordinator by creating invoices as per Sales Team requirements.
  • Basic accounting skills, managing company's petty cash, and handles invoices for monthly VAT filing
  • Manage and archive hard/electronic copies of the policy documents
  • Provide general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, scanning, and photocopying
  • Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, and other notifications/reminders
  • Answer and screen telephone calls and transfer them to appropriate staff members
  • Establishes and maintains office files, control records, and other pertinent documents of the company.
  • Responsible for preparing Minutes of the meeting and other required documents during staff meetings.
  • Responsible for preparing Memorandum for issuance to any concerned employee(s) as per directives of superior.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
  • Possesses good internet, web-researching, and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Female Kabayan Only
  • Visit or cancelled visa only, as this position is urgent. The expected start date is 01.11.2022
  • Offer is from 3,000 – 3,500 depending on experience
  • Fresher with related experience is welcome to apply
