الوصف الوظيفي

• Plan and implement security measures to protect the company from external attacks.
• Configure and install network and security infrastructure devices and systems.
• Investigate intrusion and hacking incidents, collect incident responses, and carry out forensic investigations.
• Determine latest technologies and processes that improve the overall security of the company as well as the network performance.
• Track, record, and resolve any vulnerability or security issues that may arise.
• Perform risk assessments to identify potential security weaknesses in the company’s systems.
• Develop and maintain information security policies.
• Project, configure, and maintain firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, VoIP, and web and email security programs and protocols.
• Maintain LAN, WLAN, architecture, routers, and switches as per business policy.
• Liaise with vendors to implement network and security solutions.
• Ensure effective customer support for network and security related issues by providing the proper troubleshooting and ad-hoc technical/business assistance to users.
• Act as a second line support for network and security related issues and resolve opened cases within the agreed SLA:
  • Properly document and track customer cases.
  • Work continuously on a task until completion.
  • Prioritize and manage several open cases at one time.
• Design and implement the network and security reports.
• Make sure that the service is up and running.
• Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company systems and data security, including user access to computer.
• Contribute technical articles to the company knowledgebase.
• Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs outside working hours, if needed.

المهارات

Required:

• Solid experience in creating and maintaining network and security systems.
• Experience in maintaining, configuring, and troubleshooting routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Good troubleshooting experience of Windows and Linux latest operating systems.
• Excellent knowledge on MS Office products.
• Excellent command of English language (reading, writing and oral).
• Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.

Desirable:

• CCNP Certification.
• ITIL Certification.
