We are now looking for an office administrator that can work full time in our new office from 2. January 2023.

The person we are looking for should have excellent verbal and written English proficiency and preferably a second language either Arabic or Indian.

What are we offering?

The tasks consist of:

  • Driving executives to meetings and picking up clients.
  • Manage the office and make sure everything is in order i.e. ordering supplies and cleaning.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks such as updating database and data insertion. (Excel work)
  • Booking meetings and keeping track of executives daily schedules.
  • Updating company documents with various Authorities.
  • Collecting and delivering packages for and on behalf of clients.

المهارات

The office administrator must have following skills and experience in order to be considered as a valid candidate.

  • UAE Drivers license
  • Experience in administrative tasks such as keeping track of document expiries, company document updates, booking meetings and preparing meetings.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Outlook. Excel.
  • Friendly and forthcoming
  • Knowledge of UAE Authorities and how they work
  • Excellent verbal and written English proficiency and preferably a second language such as Arabic or Indian.
