الوصف الوظيفي
JOB PURPOSE
- o To work within the Revenue Management department and leads all the RM activities related to guest care and passenger handling, in respect to exceptional operational events or specific passenger needs.
Job Specific
- Ensure that disrupted guests are re-accommodated in a timely manner using the available disruption tools.
- Communicate across SV stakeholder groups in managing disruptions whilst ensuring that these are handled in a commercially prudent manner.
- Hand all exceptional seat requests related to VIPs, Government, special service requests, staff, and frequent flyers, in a commercially sensitive manner and serious incident procedures related to RM.
- Develop Revenue Operations processes, best practices, and governance.
- Create an environment of continuous improvement through appropriate targets and KPIs. Ensures that there is clear and consistent reporting of Revenue Operations performance against agreed metrics.
- Ensure that Saudia seat inventory is accurate and updated in line with Network Planning instruction.
- Managing the day-to-day relationship with key operational and outstation stakeholders, both internal to RM and external where appropriate.
المهارات
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business Administration/ Finance/ Science.
- Minimum of (9) years’ experience in which (4) of them in a related function and (3) years of supervisory / managerial experience is Required.
