Purpose of position:

The Engagement Manager will lead and support the expansion work across the region through the planning and oversight of projects within the EMEA region, from initial ideation through to completion. Involving the coordination of people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and to scope. This role can be based in the Riyadh, Cairo, or London corporate offices, on a permanent, full-time basis.

Lead business development activities across all portfolio areas, predominantly associated with the preparation of bids and tenders, research activities and maintaining an opportunity pipeline.

Leading and supporting strategic growth and analysis, capture planning, positioning and teaming, proposal development, and networking/recruitment.

Developing and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships and identify networking and positioning opportunities for raising both the personal and company profile in the region.

Overseeing project deliverables and adherence to budget, resourcing and deadlines.

Assist in project scope and technical feasibility of the project.

Develop detailed project plans, conduct reviews and amend where necessary.

Team leadership, allocations, training and support.

Financial analysis and contract administration to deliver in full and on-time.

Risk identification and management throughout the lifespan of the project.

Relevant prior experience working in managerial positions within a consulting or project management environment.

Proven success in leading business development with government or donor clients.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively in a consulting or project context.

Strong business and commercial acumen with demonstrated success in budget management and financial project scoping and delivery.

Advanced leadership and people management skills, with experience in driving high performance teams and cultures.

A proven ability to develop collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including sophisticated client relationship management skills.

Flexibility to travel to various locations throughout the EMEA region.

– Master’s degree

– Professional Certificates (PMP, BSC, KPIs)

– Arabic and English proficiency

– Excellent MS Office skills
