We are looking to hire a Document Process Officer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Create new or amend existing Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and service level agreements (SLA).

• Prepare process flow for each Standard Operating Procedure.

• Evaluates existing Processes to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience in PPM, SOP, SLA's and banking systems.

• Fluency in written & spoken Arabic and/or English preferred.

• Min. 2 years of experience in the Banking preferred.

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration.
