Job Responsibilities:
– Supervises all work and personnel in the garage and related facilities assigns work and issues
instructions to shop personnel checks completed work for compliance with instructions.
– Determines labor and material requirements for the repair of damaged automotive and specialized
equipment.
– Prepare the technicians for the jobs, making note of the tools taken based on the job type.
Guiding the technicians to troubleshoot the faults as per requirements.
– Prepare parts list for a particular job if required and double check it with technicians before sending a quote to the customer.
– Monitor the productivity and efficiency of technicians.
Monitoring all jobs with Service ,Stores & manage them
– Prepare job schedule for a particular day. Also make sure all required passes arranged by our internal person.
– Arrange the required parts & for works as per schedule
Professional auto mechanic for German and sport cars
UAE Driving license
Educational and Experience Requirements:
– Diploma or Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
– Minimum 5 years experience in managing a workshop
