What You'll Be Doing:

  • Writes, develops, proofreads and maintains business information resources, data management processes, and provides ongoing business user training and troubleshooting.
  • Administers SharePoint intranet and develops new intranet sites and data resources, maintaining permission groups, managing storage allocations, and supporting internal communication systems, processes, and campaigns. Approves, sets up, and maintains external and internal project collaboration portals for business development and new project start up.
  • Provides technical and user support to proposal development teams, including site architecture organization, and development team collaboration, technical support for external users, permissions management, client data releases and data migration to SharePoint, site and document set archiving, and client delivery packages
  • Oversees post award administrative activities such as obtaining final vendor data and invoices from suppliers, ensuring data is input , and preparing for closeout and storage of all records.
  • Maintains extensive photographic inventory as well as captures new project photography and video/digital elements.
  • Keeps current on all Company policies and procedures, interpreting and administering same.
  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business, English or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in an administrative capacity, including at least 3 years of lead/supervisory experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, time management, reporting, scheduling, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in keyboard skills and the utilization of MS Windows, MS Office, presentation software, and related word processing, spreadsheet, and database software is required.
  • A familiarity with company policies and procedures is preferred, as well as a demonstrated ability to administer a variety of activities simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
