  • Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
  • Getting Quotations, Making Price comparison and working within he guide line of WFI procurement policy.
  • Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
  • Maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
  • Preparing cost analyses, and reports.
  • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.

المهارات

  • Diploma or Bachelor in Supply Chain, Business Management or a similar field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement department.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic experience in Import & Local Procurement function & documentation.
  • Good analytical skills.
