They are currently looking for a Quality Coordinator to be based in Saudi Arabia.
Duties & Responsibilities: 
- Assist and coordinate Water departments and ETSD department for establishing and implementation of QMS, quality programs and supporting process/procedures.
 - Contribute to the implementation of best practices amongst the Water sector.
 - Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies.
 - Assist in obtaining international certifications starting with ISO 9001.
 - Coordinate and communicate any applicable changes of internal or external quality requirements within respective team, projects and other departments.
 - Prepare and conduct QMS awareness sessions for the Water sector.
 - Assure that the quality documentations are processed, distributed and filed according to QMS requirements.
 - Assist in determining and monitoring quality metrics/KPIs for quality processes / procedures.
 - Analyze data and prepare reports for inspection requests, non-conformances, site observations, audit findings and quality personnel deployment to identify any backlogs, trends etc. and apprise Department Manager / Quality Manger to direct actions.
 - Collect and maintain quality records, information, and other quality-related data.
 - Assist with creation and revision of internal procedures, forms and templates.
 - Assist / coordinate / participate in internal and external quality audits.
 - Assist in scheduling internal audits, management review meetings.
 - Assist with root cause analysis and investigations for nonconforming product and other quality-related issues.
 - Manage the audit nonconformity data base and follow-up on major and minor nonconformities, observations, closure of action items.
 - Support departments and Quality teams with various aspects of the training program.
 - Make appropriate recommendations for additional training and quality-related resources.
 
Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a quality related discipline – required
 - Professional certification (ISO 9001, ISO 50001, ISO 55001 etc.) – advantage
 - ISO Internal auditor certification – advantage
 - A minimum 4 years of experience in a quality related role in a reputed organization.
 - Sound understanding of ISO 9001:2015 international standards
 - Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 55001 standards is considered a plus
 - Good understanding of QMS and quality programs implementation.
 - Experience in planning and participating quality audits and closure of NCR / observation / action items.
 - Ability in analyzing information, reporting results, promoting process improvement, developing standards, etc.
 - Ability to interact with all levels of corporate, staff and management.
 - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
 - Strong communication, writing and presentation skills.
 - Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
