Job Purpose:Reporting to the General Manager, Deputy General Manager will assist in defining, leading and implementing the strategic direction Import and Export business. Optimizing the Business Distribution Portfolio by ensuring the setting of yearly sales target, forecasting, pricing, importing, releasing and distributing of products in its territory.. In addition to overseeing the daily business operationsKey Working Relationship: (Interface and cooperation with local governmental functions and external partners and alliances. Building and sustaining supplier and partnerships)1. Close Interface and Cooperation with local governmental authorities2. Externally: Partners, Alliances, Suppliers, Vendors Cultural Fit:The ideal candidate is an open, transparent personality that possess a high level of integrity, ethical behavior and trustworthiness. Business Insights:.Multi functional and over 20 years diversified experience in Marketing, Sales, Importation/Distribution and International Account Management..Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred Deep understanding of the commercial business. Strong business acumen allowing to build and sustain alliances & partnership with Producers, Manufacturers and Distributors of API's and FG. Successful experiences working with local outside authorities (EDA, MOH, CAPA, NODCAR) and functions (Supply Chain, Procurement, Marketing, Regulatory) Experience in optimizing and growing business portfolio.
