Activities:

  • Organise the filing for the office
  • Handle company e-mails, check for action required and respond as appropriate
  • Source new suppliers
  • Deal with day to day correspondence including writing letters and following up as appropriate
  • Answer phone calls and pass them to the appropriate person or take messages
  • Maintain an appointment schedule for management
  • Attend to guests and walk-in salesmen
  • Maintain stationery supplies and handle office maintenance requirements
  • Additional related activities as instructed by the management

المهارات

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Fully conversant with all products in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Computer literate
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Willing to work shifts
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Reasonably fluent in Arabic, both spoken and written
  • Fluency in at least one other language like Hindi, Urdu, Malayalam
  • Must be presentable
  • NOC from existing/previous employer
