-Collecting information about a property and arranging for the appropriate marketing material to be created
-Recording and updating details of prospective and existing landlords and tenants into computer database swiftly.
-Keeping up to date with market trends in the local property market
-Liaising with tenants to provide information and address their complaints and concerns.
-Up to 50 % commission & benefits
Requirements
-Must have 2yrs UAE real-estate market experience
-Own property stock will be an extra advantage
-Must be Fluent in English
-Proficient knowledge of real estate industry, property management principles and relevant legislation.
-Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
-Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
-Strong people skills
-Available to work extended hours.
