SUMMARY
Agile Defense has an immediate need of hiring a Help Desk Technician to work at Al Udeid AB, Qatar.
DUTIES
Provide Help Desk support to the end-user on a variety of issues.
The Help Desk support shall identify, research, and resolve technical problems for end-users.
The Help Desk shall respond to telephone calls, emails, and personnel requests for IT support; document, track and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutions.
Support creating, tracking closing, updating, and resolving help desk trouble tickets.
Perform domain account administration and management.

2+ years of IT experience

Excellent writing, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with team on assigned tasks, expectations, and schedule.
Sharp attention to detail – Organized; time management skills to forecast and stay ahead of deliverables/reporting requirements
Must be well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate, prioritize multiple tasks, and be adaptable to change to accomplish assignments.
