JOB REQUIREMENTS :
1-3 years experience in a similar role
Creative and used to thinking outside the box
Excellent communication skills, conflict management skills, project management skills, networker & detail-oriented
Passion for events
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Personable and presentable
Eager to contribute new ideas
Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Profile Description
Events Assistant to assist the events team with a number of events, ranging from small meetings to a National Day celebration
Support the events manager with logistical and administrative duties
Events Assistantto assist in developing and scheduling event staff in accordance with specifications
Events Assistantto maintain records of all bookings e.g. venue and catering and taking payments where necessary
Assist with the facilitation of operations and responds to emergencies, problems, etc.
Assist with creative decisions
Events Assistantto attend all meetings to act as a second point of contact
Ad-hoc duties at events including, but not limited to, guest list management, showing guests the directions, etc.
Events Assistantto support set up and dismantle events efficiently through to completion
Maintain records on event activities, progress, or status
