What the role is
The Product Manager, will own and accelerate the product roadmap for one of the online advertising solutions of ArabyAds. Largely focused on media platforms, the role will work on growing on-site ad placements with an emphasis on speed to execute and maturity for our current offerings which adds long-term value as a third-side to marketplaces.
In this role Candidate will:
Lead the long-term vision, transformation, and execution of our onsite advertising products
Translate the Business requirements to a clear Roadmap with planning and milestones
Work closely with the Product Owner in order to review, consolidate and validate the feature epics and stories
Work cross-functionally with engineers, design, sales/account managers, legal, and other business partners
Use data to understand the performance of our products and to advise decisions on how to evolve our offering
Research and analyze industry technologies, then package into actionable strategies
Prioritize platform enhancements and customer requests by making smart, decisive tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and sound judgment
Support product launches by collecting and disseminating information to key stakeholders across the organization
Candidate Requirements
The candidate has multiple years of product management experience working in e-commerce or consumer platforms. Ideal the Candidate should has built or evolved advertising products for CPG or other consumer brands and either crafted an internal ad server or worked with a 3rd party.
Ad Tech Experience: Domain expertise in online ad technologies and e-commerce Marketplaces with a good understanding of the current landscape of advertising platforms, exchanges, DSPs and DMPs, etc. desired.
Experience in ad technology roles within the advertising ecosystem a plus
SaaS experience: 5 years of relevant experience in product manager and/or product marketing role, with Software as a Service (SaaS) experience, strongly preferred.
Background in Marketing/business with a good understanding of current web technologies is a significant plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for technology and Product Management
Design focus: Experience working with UX designers in developing great user experiences
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, executives and stakeholders across the company.
Ability to negotiate and influence within a complex organization to achieve goals.
Fluent in English with written and spoken proficiency.
Ability to work in fast-paced environments.
Organized and self-motivated and works independently to set and achieve goals
Great team player with an appreciation for technical and operational skills

It is important that the persons using the Service ("Users”) feel safe with, and are informed about, how we handle User's personal data in the recruitment process. We strive to maintain the highest possible standard regarding the protection of personal data. We process, manage, use, and protect User's Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy").
1. General
We are the controller in accordance with current privacy legislations. The Users’ personal data is processed with the purpose of managing and facilitating recruitment of employees to our business.
2. Collection of personal data
We are responsible for the processing of the personal data that the Users contributes to the Service, or for the personal data that we in other ways collects with regards to the Service.

In the cases where this is made, the potential applicant is considered a User in the context of this Privacy Policy and will be informed about the processing.
The types of personal data collected and processed
The categories of personal data that can be collected through the Service can be used to identify natural persons from names, e-mails, pictures and videos, information from Facebook and LinkedIn-accounts, answers to questions asked through the recruiting, titles, education and other information that the User or others have provided through the Service. Only data that is relevant for the recruitment process is collected and processed.
Purpose and lawfulness of processing
The purpose of the collecting and processing of personal data is to manage recruiting. The lawfulness of the processing of personal data is our legitimate interest to simplify and facilitate recruitment.
Personal data that is processed with the purpose of aggregated analysis or market research is always made unidentifiable. Such personal data cannot be used to identify a certain User. Thus, such data is not considered personal data.
The consent of the data subject
The User consents to the processing of its personal data with the purpose of Controller’s handling recruiting. The User consents that personal data is collected through the Service, when Users;
make an application through the Service, adding personal data about themselves either personally or by using a third-party source as Facebook or LinkedIn, and that Controller may use external sourcing-tools to add additional information; and
* when they use the Service to connect to Controller’s recruitment department, adding personal data about themselves either personally or by using a third-party source such as Facebook or LinkedIn.
The User also consents to the Controller collecting publically available information about the User and compiles them for use in recruitment purposes.
