Job Description
Responsibilities:
Contact clients and attend meetings.
Making quality control phone calls to ensure the client satisfaction.
Managing clients requests if needed via phone or Email.
Prepare a database of leads to identify potential clients and offer them our services and solutions.
Capturing client requirements, preparing proposals and winning new contracts.
Managing the Finance and HR modules through the company systems (ERP and CRM).
Monitoring internal team and making recruitment if needed.
Follow up on customer balances.
Prepare reports to the CEO.
