Bar Supervisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bar Supervisor who can oversee the entire bar operation in the hotel.

What you will be doing:

Ensures the work area is ready for service with pre- and post-service checks completed
Engages in guests’ interaction in a sensitive and appropriate manner
Supervision and direction of bartenders and bar backs
Ensure standardization and consistent beverage preparation, presentation and quality
Monitor and control bar beverage stocks and ensure efficient use of products
Assist and direct wait staff when necessary
Encourage team work and communication with bartenders and wait staff

Your experience and skills include:

One year of bar supervisory or leadership experience
Excellent communication skills
Stock and financial accuracy and resolution skills
Motivational and a passion for developing others
Computer and MICROS proficiency
Ability to maintain high standards when working under pressure
