Description
The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating the team on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to deliver the desired value of releases/increments and achieving daily & Iteration goals, assessing the delivery maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team.

- Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
- Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
- Support the product owner and provide education where needed
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role
- Familiarity with software development
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as the definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Scrum master certification is a plus
