Job Description :
- Responsible for Configuration management of Ericsson ONS & Ciena SDH & DWDM equipment.
- Responsible for make site integration, deletion, re-homing, and parameters change.
- Responsible for creating XML files for Configuration changes.
- Responsible for technical communication with Customer.
- Responsible to maintain CMDB.
- Coordinate for optimization.
- Cooperate with roll out department.
- Handle the daily problems.
- Organize re-parenting and parameter changes.
- Guid field engineer to fix the problems, such as fault location, fault investigation and troubleshooting related to configuration.
11. Make and issue regular reports for CM and CMDB.
