Position Title: Sales Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus commission, company car and family status
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
One of the leading distributor and manufacturer of food and beverages in UAE.
Job Description:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing customers/accounts.
- Deliver Sales, distribution, and growth objectives in line with market potential and the company yearly strategy
- Manage in-market sales through effective monthly sales forecasting and stock management.
- Lead and manage the sales team with the ability to analyze sales data on daily basis with the team
- Responsible to collaborate with finance team to ensure timely payment collections from the customers.
- Explore new business opportunities in line with the business model and strategy
- Streamlining lead generation processes enabling sales teams to chase leads promptly
المهارات
Qualifications:
- 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in the same role from FMCG (Food) with major UAE Key Accounts
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- UAE driving license is a must
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
