Role purpose:
The Design & Delivery senior manager is responsible for leading the team that design and delivers all IT business products and services to Vodafone Qatar through best practice methods.
This leadership role is required to plan, high level design & deliver projects (products and services) that maximize revenue and business opportunities and enhance customer experience by understanding capabilities of our existing platforms, configuring changes, or building new.
Critical to success of this role is the ability to appropriately engage business stakeholders, IT domain management team and experts’ external partners through well-established governance and project management processes, to meet product launch timelines and time to market targets.
This role holds the responsibility of solution design as well as business accounts projects management functions to meet Vodafone business and products strategic roadmaps.
With us you will:
- Lead the team to perform the solution architecture design for new business products to meet business requirements while fulfilling Vodafone Group design guidelines and Vodafone Qatar Enterprise architecture strategy
- Deliver new/enhanced products and capabilities via management of delivery processes that ensure time, cost, quality, and scope requirements are achieved
- Implementation of appropriate governance framework that ensure business and delivery stakeholders are effectively engaged and internal control policies are adhered to, and preparation/presentation of relevant & accurate governance reports
- Partners Management, facilitating a collaborative working environment with our outsourced partners and where appropriate, Vodafone Group
- Leadership and People Management, of design and delivery team, Coach & support training, succession, and development plans, provide clarity on roles and responsibilities where needed and participate in the overall Product Development & IT team to deliver against the wider goals and strategies of the Vodafone Qatar business
- Deliver to agreed quality, time, budget, and scope

المهارات
Apply if you have:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Extensive experience, minimum 7 years, implementing IT/IN/VAS solutions that deliver effective business solutions
- Proven experience, minimum 5 years, leading multiple teams concurrently delivering change
- Proven experience leading ‘virtual’ delivery teams made up of multiple organisations in numerous international locations
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment, ideally in the Middle East
- Experience in partner/vendor management, outsourcing and in-sourcing and exposure to different engagement models
- Ability to clearly articulate vision, purpose, outcomes, and the strategy to achieve agreed objectives
- Relentless pursuit of the outcomes that matter
- Rigour around goals, actions, accuracy of data, performance management
- Must have good communication and influencing skills
